How do I get started?

After you’ve requested a free trial on our site, our sales team will be in touch to help you get started. Once we’ve set up your custom platform in your company branding, all you need to do is add your agents and your available products to the deck. You can then start inviting your leads to call sessions straight away!

Do I need to download anything?

Crikle is 100% web-based, so there’s nothing to download. You will have a separate login through which to access the platform, and all your customers need to do to join is click the unique URL that you’ve sent them.

Can I use Crikle offline?

As it is a web-based platform, both parties will need to have internet access to use Crikle.

Can I use Crikle on mobile?

We’ve designed Crikle to be 100% mobile-friendly for your customers, however sellers will need to be on a desktop device in order to design a proposal and present.

Which browsers can I use Crikle on?

Crikle has desktop support for Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Customers joining through their phone or tablet will be prompted to use the platform on Safari on iOS devices (v. 10.13 and above) or Chrome/Firefox on Android devices.
