What problem is Crikle solving?

Online video meetings have become the ‘new normal’ for most sales teams, who have just one chance to make it or break it with customers. However, sales teams today are using standalone video conferencing tools like Zoom,Teams or Meet, a separate presentation platform, a piece of paper to scribble notes on, maybe a document with some key questions to facilitate the digital sales process. Moreover, this information then needs to be added to a CRM, wasting more time and effort. There’s at least 6-7 different apps and tools open all at the same time. 

Crikle combines all these standalone functionalities and tools into one browser-based solution, helping salespeople focus on the most important part of the call, the conversation with the customer. By creating the optimal sales environment, Crikle helps sales teams deliver the perfect sales pitch every time.

How do I get started?

You can either start a free trial or book in a demo with the Crikle team through the website. Once we’ve completed the demo, we’ll set you up with a Crikle account and you can start inviting customers to sales pitches straight away!

Do I need to download anything?

Crikle is 100% web-based, so there’s nothing to download. You will have a separate login through which to access the platform which you will find in your inbox once you have signed up.

Which browsers can I use Crikle on?

Crikle has desktop support for Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Customers joining through their phone or tablet will be prompted to use the platform on Safari on iOS devices (v. 10.13 and above) or Chrome/Firefox on Android devices.

Can I use Crikle on mobile?

We’ve designed Crikle to be 100% mobile-friendly for your customers, however salespeople will need to be on a desktop device in order to design a proposal and present.
